When your order is dispatched
Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfers, the time counts from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days and we will notify you promptly.

Shipping costs within Greece
Free shipping on orders over €49
On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight, at €1.50 per kg.
Orders up to €49
Free shipping does not apply to orders up to €49. Shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier, the weight and the destination, and is shown before you complete your order.
Tip: combine your purchases into a single order over €49 to get free shipping.
Cash on delivery
Paying by cash on delivery costs an extra €2.50, on top of the shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Uncollected parcels
- ACS, ELTA: parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days.
- Box Now: parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours.
- DHL (EU shipments): parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. Please contact your local DHL office to confirm.
If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us and we will find a solution. If a parcel is returned to us without prior notice, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.
Shipping to the European Union and Cyprus
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL, from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20). For Cyprus you can also choose ACS Courier (from €9.60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.
Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges.

Royal Green Multi Woman provides the vitamins and minerals a woman needs. Royal Green multivitamins provide vitamins and minerals in food form rather than as synthetic substances. Vitamin C comes from acerola berries, the B-complex vitamins from a blend of guava, holy basil and lemon peel, and selenium from mustard seeds. In addition, 17–18 superfoods, herbs, mushrooms and plant extracts are included. All are grown without pesticides. The women formula differs by including iron, double the folate, dong quai and chaste tree.

The B vitamins come from guava (Psidium guajava), holy basil (Ocimum sanctum) and lemon peel (Citrus limon).
What it contributes to
- Iron and fatigue. The women formula contains 5 mg of iron (36% NRV), absent from the men version. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport and to the reduction of fatigue.
- Folate 400 μg. Double the men formula. It contributes to normal blood formation and to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
- Chaste tree and dong quai. Two herbs absent from the men formula: Vitex agnus-castus 24 mg and Angelica sinensis 74.6 mg, with traditional use in the female cycle.
- Bones. Vitamin D, vitamin K2 and 252 mg of calcium from eggshell contribute to the maintenance of normal bones — of particular concern to women after menopause.
- Oxidative stress. Vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium 55 μg, zinc and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Nervous system and mood. B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin and vitamin C contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
- Thyroid. Selenium and iodine contribute to the normal function of the thyroid gland.
- Seventeen superfoods. Rhodiola, green tea, pomegranate, bilberry, spirulina, turmeric and the mushrooms reishi, cordyceps, maitake, shiitake.
Directions for use
2 to 4 tablets per day, preferably with a meal. The nutritional declaration is calculated per 4 tablets.
Precautions
Contains iodine from seaweed: with thyroid conditions or medication, consult your physician first. Contains vitamin K2: those on anticoagulant treatment must consult their doctor. Contains chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) and dong quai, which act on the hormonal system — medical guidance is required in hormone-dependent conditions, with contraceptives and with hormone therapy. Contains iron. The calcium comes from eggshell.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have health problems. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from Multi Man?
It contains iron, double the folate (400 μg), dong quai and chaste tree, while Multi Man has more vitamin C and the three ginsengs.
How many tablets per day?
Two to four per day, preferably with a meal. The nutritional declaration refers to 4 tablets.
Who needs to be careful?
Those on hormone therapy or contraceptives, because of chaste tree and dong quai, and those with thyroid issues or on anticoagulants.
