Can I place an order by phone?
Absolutely! You are welcome to call us during our opening hours and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can order online at any time via our website.
Opening hours: Mon, Wed, Sat: 9:00–14:00 | Tue, Thu, Fri: 9:00–14:00 & 18:00–21:00 | Sunday: Closed
I called but nobody answered. What should I do?
If we are busy or outside our opening hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, send us an e-mail or use the contact form on our website — we respond within 24 hours.

????  Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
For most products, dispatch takes 1–2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. In the event of a temporary stock shortage, dispatch may take 3–5 business days — in which case we will notify you in advance.
How long will delivery take?
•Athens and major Greek cities: 1–2 business days
•Islands, remote and difficult-to-access areas: 2–5 business days
•EU countries: varies by destination — estimated at checkout
•Deliveries are made on business days only

Same-day delivery, Saturday delivery, or delivery at a specific time is available on request and subject to an additional charge.
Do you ship across Greece?
Yes! We ship to all of Greece, including islands and remote areas.
Do you ship to EU countries?
Yes — we ship to selected European Union countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your destination are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

????  Shipping Costs
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the courier selected and the weight of your parcel. The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.
How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders over €49 (for the first 3 kg of weight). If your parcel exceeds 3 kg, you will only be charged for the additional weight at €1.50/kg.

Are there any additional costs for EU deliveries?
Shipping costs for EU orders are displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes! We accept cash on delivery with an additional charge of €2.50. This option is available for orders within Greece and Cyprus only.
What payment methods do you accept?

????  Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
As an EU consumer, you have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to give a reason. Simply notify us in writing within 14 days (info@yperikon.gr) and return the product within a further 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us immediately at info@yperikon.gr with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel on the same day your order was placed by e-mailing info@yperikon.gr. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns policy applies.
