International Orders — European Union

We are happy to ship our herbs, teas and natural products from Patras, Greece, to customers across the European Union. Prices are exactly the same as for our customers in Greece. You only pay the shipping cost, which is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 member states of the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Areas we do not ship to

We do not ship to countries outside the EU at this time.

We also do not ship to EU territories that are outside the EU VAT and customs area: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte), the Åland Islands, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Heligoland and Büsingen. Orders placed to these areas will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Shipping cost

International orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping starts from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20) and depends on the weight and volume of your parcel and on the destination country.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. There are no hidden charges after purchase.

Cyprus

You can choose between ACS Courier (from €9.60, more economical) and DHL (faster). Both options and their costs are shown at checkout, so you can compare and choose.

Free shipping on orders over €200

On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg of your parcel. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight. The amount is shown at checkout.

Delivery time

• Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, processing may take 3–5 business days and we will let you know.
• DHL delivery: usually 4–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. DHL orders to Cyprus and Malta are shipped with DHL Express.
• ACS Courier to Cyprus: 5–7 business days from the departure of the ship to Cyprus. Ships depart once or twice a week, so the total delivery time depends on the next departure date.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

Customs

Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount.

Product information and labels

Product labels are mainly in Greek. Full product information in English (ingredients, directions of use and storage) is available on each product page. If you need more details about any product, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Hemp and CBD products

Hemp seed products (seeds, oil, protein, flour) are legal foods throughout the EU and are shipped to all EU countries.

CBD products are regulated differently in each EU member state. For this reason, we do not ship CBD products outside Greece at this time. If an order to another country includes a CBD product, we will contact you and refund that product.

Payment

Accepted payment methods for international orders:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Piraeus Bank / Epay, secure and with no extra charge
• Google Pay / Apple Pay
• Bank transfer. Any bank charges are paid by the customer and must be added to the transfer amount.

All prices are in euro (€). If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.

Cash on delivery

Outside Greece, cash on delivery is available only for Cyprus, with ACS Courier (not with DHL). It is not available for other EU countries.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

How to return an order

• Inform us by email at info@yperikon.gr within the 14-day period, stating your order number.
• Return the products within 14 days of informing us, to: Patreos 41–45, 26221 Patras, Greece. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
• We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products.

Products that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products (food, herbs, teas, supplements, cosmetics) that have been opened after delivery, or to products that spoil quickly.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel or a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yperikon.gr with your order number and photos of the parcel and the products. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the courier. In both cases we will send a replacement or give you a refund, at our expense.

Delivery address

Please enter your full address and a phone number that the courier can call if needed. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the cost of shipping it again is paid by the customer. If you prefer a refund instead, the shipping and return costs will be deducted.

Wholesale orders

Are you a shop, practitioner or business in the EU? We also supply wholesale quantities. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available for selected products. Contact us for prices and terms.
