Ingestible essential oils
Ingestible essential oils are high-purity plant distillates intended for internal use under strict dilution. Yperikon offers selected food-grade essential oils: Greek oregano, peppermint and Chios mastic essential oils.
Because of their high concentration of active compounds, ingestible essential oils are used in very small amounts, always diluted in a neutral carrier oil, honey, sugar or a capsule — never neat and never in water. They are not recommended for children, pregnancy, breastfeeding or people on medication without professional guidance.
