1. General

The use of the pages and services of the website https://www.yperikon.gr/, operated by the sole trader "Anastasopoulos Ap. Vassilios — Valsamo Yperikon" (hereinafter "the business"), implies your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms of Use, which apply to all content of this website.

Visitors/users should read these Terms carefully before using the services of the online store. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services. Continued use of the website following any changes to these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Purpose of the online store

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible service. The online store allows our customers and all internet users to learn about our products and to purchase them online, with the same quality and care as our physical store in Patras, Greece.

3. Intellectual property

The design of the website, its text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement are the intellectual property of the business and are protected under Greek and European law and international conventions. Trademarks, images and third-party content shown in the online store belong to their respective owners and are used with their permission.

4. Personal data protection (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable Greek legislation.

To process your order, we ask for: full name, delivery address, billing address, phone number and e-mail address. If you pay by card, your card details are not stored on our systems.

Your data is used exclusively for:

• processing and tracking your order
• communicating with you about delivery
• sending newsletters (only with your explicit consent)
• meeting legal obligations (invoicing, tax compliance)

5. Transaction security

The online store uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data exchanged between the user and our server. Your card details are not stored on our systems. Transactions are governed by European and Greek e-commerce law and by Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.

We recommend keeping your password secure and using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

6. Products, availability and prices

Available products, their characteristics and their prices are shown at https://www.yperikon.gr/. All prices include the applicable VAT.

Orders to EU countries outside Greece are handled as retail sales only, and are issued with a retail receipt. At this time we are unable to issue invoices to businesses based in other EU countries, with the exception of Cyprus. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We make every effort to keep availability information up to date, but we do not guarantee the availability of every product. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. The business reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Each order is charged at the price shown at the time it was placed.

7. Medical disclaimer

The information on this website about herbs, dietary supplements and natural products is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or a therapeutic recommendation.

The products sold are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. The business accepts no liability for any use of website information beyond its informational purpose.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims, nothing stated on this website about our products is intended to suggest that they diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

8. Ordering process

To place an order you must:

• complete the order form with the required details
• unconditionally accept these Terms of Use

The order is completed in 5 steps: (1) identification, (2) billing and delivery address, (3) shipping method, (4) payment method, (5) confirmation.

Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. If an order is placed by a person without legal capacity, the business reserves the right to bring a claim against the person responsible for their supervision.

If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately, as there may be an error in the details you provided.

9. Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Piraeus Bank / Epay, with no extra charge
• Google Pay / Apple Pay
• IRIS, for payments within Greece
• Bank transfer. Any bank charges are paid by the customer and must be added to the transfer amount.
• Cash on delivery, only for Greece (with ACS or ELTA Courier) and Cyprus (with ACS Courier), at an extra charge of €2.50

10. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Greece with ACS Courier, ACS Smart Lockers, ELTA Courier and Box Now, and to EU countries with DHL. ACS Courier is also available for Cyprus. Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days or, more rarely, longer, and we will notify you.

Greece: shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg and extra weight is charged at €1.50 per kg.

European Union: shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before payment. On orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.

Deliveries are made on business days. Same-day, Saturday or scheduled-time delivery is available on request, at an additional charge.

Uncollected parcels

ACS and ELTA parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days. Box Now parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours. DHL parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. If a parcel is returned to us without prior arrangement, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Please check the courier's notifications and contact us in good time.

11. Returns and right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and order cancellation are described in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.

12. Other provisions

Force majeure

The business is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (adverse weather, strikes, etc.). In such cases we will notify you and you may choose whether to continue with or cancel your order.

Incomplete orders

If you find that a product is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will send it at no additional charge.

Amendments to these Terms

The business reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any change is reflected in this text, with the date of the latest revision updated.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Patras, Greece, have jurisdiction over any dispute. For consumers residing in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence and the jurisdiction rules of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Alternative dispute resolution

For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Directive 2013/11/EU), you may contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman: www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr.
