When your order is dispatched
Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfers, the time counts from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days and we will notify you promptly.

Delivery times count from the day of dispatch. They are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, adverse weather, etc.).

Shipping costs within Greece
Free shipping on orders over €49
On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight, at €1.50 per kg.
Orders up to €49
Free shipping does not apply to orders up to €49. Shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier, the weight and the destination, and is shown before you complete your order.
Tip: combine your purchases into a single order over €49 to get free shipping.
Cash on delivery
Paying by cash on delivery costs an extra €2.50, on top of the shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Uncollected parcels
- ACS, ELTA: parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days.
- Box Now: parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours.
- DHL (EU shipments): parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. Please contact your local DHL office to confirm.
If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us and we will find a solution. If a parcel is returned to us without prior notice, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.
Shipping to the European Union and Cyprus
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL, from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20). For Cyprus you can also choose ACS Courier (from €9.60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.
Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges.

We reproduce the formula as he describes it — this is how the product is known and how our customers have been asking for it for years.
The 170g pack is enough for 10–15 days. In Moritz's approach the course is repeated with a 6-week interval between two cycles.
These are herbs that tradition associates with the urinary tract, with a diuretic and cleansing character.
Ingredients
Marjoram (Origanum majorana), cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa), comfrey (Symphytum officinale), fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), chicory (Cichorium intybus), bearberry (Arctostaphylos), hydrangea root (Hydrangea arborescens), boneset (Eupatorium), marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea).
Availability note: when hydrangea is temporarily unavailable, we replace it in the blend with rustyback fern (Ceterach officinarum).
How to use
Before bed, soak 3 tablespoons in 2 cups of water. Cover and leave overnight. The next morning bring the mixture to the boil and strain. If you forget to soak the herbs overnight, boil the mixture in the morning for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drink a few sips at a time, 6 to 8 times a day. It does not need to be hot, but never drink it cold. Do not add sugar or other sweeteners. Allow one hour to pass after your last meal before the next sips. Repeat the process for 20–30 days.
During the detox — following Moritz's instructions — drink plenty of water, 6–8 glasses a day, and avoid animal products, dairy, tea, coffee, alcohol, carbonated drinks, chocolate, and foods containing preservatives and artificial sweeteners.Preparation and intake instructions are reproduced as given in Andreas Moritz's book. They are not medical instructions nor a recommendation of the shop.
Precautions
Kidney stones require medical supervision. If you know or suspect that you have kidney stones, monitoring should be carried out by a doctor with imaging and laboratory tests. Acute pain in the back or abdomen, blood in the urine, fever with chills or inability to pass urine are emergency symptoms and require immediate medical assessment. A herbal infusion replaces neither diagnosis, treatment nor monitoring.
A note on comfrey. Comfrey appears in the blend as one of the herbs of the formula, in a small proportion per serving. Andreas Moritz writes in his book that in his own experience comfrey did not burden the liver; we reproduce the formula here as he describes it. We should note, however, that the official European position differs: comfrey root contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids and its internal use is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children, in liver disease, or for prolonged periods.
Bearberry. Not used for prolonged periods, nor during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children.
Cat's claw. Not suitable in autoimmune disease, with immunosuppressive therapy, or after transplantation.
Not suitable in kidney or heart failure, nor alongside diuretic medication without medical advice. Increased fluid intake should be discussed with your doctor if you are on a fluid restriction.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without professional advice. Not intended for children. If you are on medication or have a chronic condition, consult your doctor before use.
