Send a message(+30) 2610 221354What it is
It contains 800mg of grapefruit bioflavonoids and is a source of vitamin C.
In the literature of the alternative approach, the extract is described as one of the most powerful natural antimicrobials. Practitioners in the field have reported an antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal character, and it has been suggested by nutritionists in conditions such as candidiasis, earache, throat infections and diarrhoea. These are reports from the alternative literature and not a claim made by the shop.
A Marnys product of Spain for BIO-YGEIA.
Ingredients
Grapefruit seed extract (Citrus × paradisi) — from seeds, pulp and white membranes, in a glycerine base.
Grapefruit bioflavonoids — 800mg, with the characteristic antioxidant profile of citrus.
How to use
Add 9 drops to water or juice and drink up to 3 times a day (adult dose).
Always follow the label instructions. If you are on medication or have an underlying condition, consult a healthcare professional.
Precautions
Grapefruit and medicines — an important interaction. Grapefruit inhibits the intestinal CYP3A4 enzyme and can substantially raise blood levels of many medicines: statins, calcium channel blockers, immunosuppressants, antiarrhythmics, benzodiazepines and others. The effect can last for hours. If you take any medication, do not use this product without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding without professional advice. Not intended for children.
Always take it diluted in water or juice, never neat, as it is acidic and may irritate the lining of the mouth and oesophagus.
Not suitable for anyone with a known citrus allergy.
Store in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children.
