- Antioxidant protection. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. At 1,650% NRV, wheat germ oil covers it with an enormous margin.
- Skin and elasticity. In traditional care it is used for skin elasticity and smoothing.
- Stretch marks. It is used in skincare during pregnancy, on the areas where stretch marks appear.
- Mature skin. It is considered a natural antioxidant and is often chosen as a source of youth for mature skin.
- Cholesterol and triglycerides. Lecithin and the polyunsaturated fats are studied in relation to cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
- Vitamins A and D. It contains both, along with enzymes, which is rare for a vegetable oil.

Taste & texture
Distinctly cereal-like, with a sweet note of fresh flour and a slightly thick texture. The colour is deep golden brown. The taste is noticeable but not aggressive — in small amounts it passes quietly, in larger ones it becomes the dominant aroma of the dish.
In the kitchen
In salads, smoothies, muesli and yoghurt. It works with honey, banana and nuts. It is added to already prepared meals, never during cooking. Externally it is used in face and body care, on its own or as a base in blends.
How to use
Internally: in salads or in recipes, always raw. Follow the indication on the packaging.
Externally: for skin care and protection.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. After opening, refrigerate.
Precautions & storage
Contains gluten, as it comes from wheat — not suitable in coeliac disease.
