Dispatch and delivery times
When your order is dispatched
Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfers, the time counts from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days and we will notify you promptly.

Delivery times count from the day of dispatch. They are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, adverse weather, etc.).

Shipping costs within Greece
Free shipping on orders over €49
On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight, at €1.50 per kg.
Orders up to €49
Free shipping does not apply to orders up to €49. Shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier, the weight and the destination, and is shown before you complete your order.
Tip: combine your purchases into a single order over €49 to get free shipping.
Cash on delivery
Paying by cash on delivery costs an extra €2.50, on top of the shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Uncollected parcels
- ACS, ELTA: parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days.
- Box Now: parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours.
- DHL (EU shipments): parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. Please contact your local DHL office to confirm.
If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us and we will find a solution. If a parcel is returned to us without prior notice, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.
Shipping to the European Union and Cyprus
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL, from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20). For Cyprus you can also choose ACS Courier (from €9.60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.
Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges.

A superfood powder blend aimed at those dealing with joint pain and discomfort in the muscular system. Its design rests on two axes: the anti-inflammatory action of its ingredients, and support for functions related to the formation of collagen.
It can be combined with organic gelatine (collagen) powder, particularly in chronic problems.
Ingredients
MSM — the dietary form of sulphur. Sulphur is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is found in every animal and plant cell. It has been studied in relation to pain, swelling and stiffness in arthritis and osteoarthritis, and in relation to joint flexibility.
Organic amla — one of the purest sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bones and skin.
Organic cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa) — the Amazonian plant uncaria. Traditionally used to support immunity, it has been investigated in relation to pain from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Organic ginger — ginger has been studied for its action on joint inflammation and for its analgesic character in muscular and joint pain, as well as in migraines and headaches.
Organic turmeric — perhaps the most studied herb internationally. Its most frequent use concerns inflammation in joints and muscles and rheumatoid arthritis, thanks to the strong anti-inflammatory action of curcumin.
Organic black pepper — stimulates circulation, is warming and tonic, and within the blend it aids absorption of the active substances of the other plants — particularly curcumin.
How to use
Add 1 teaspoon to water or juice, twice a day (or as recommended by your doctor or therapist).
Always follow the label instructions. If you are on medication or have an underlying condition, consult a healthcare professional.
Precautions
Use is best avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there is insufficient safety data for these situations.
Turmeric, ginger and black pepper. All three affect platelet function. Caution is needed with anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy; discontinue two weeks before surgery. Black pepper also increases the absorption of other substances, including medicines — tell your pharmacist if you are on any treatment. Turmeric is not suitable in gallstones or bile duct obstruction; ginger needs care in gastritis and reflux.
Cat's claw. Not suitable in autoimmune disease, with immunosuppressive therapy, or after transplantation.
Persistent pain needs a diagnosis. Pain that persists, intensifies, or comes with swelling, redness, fever or loss of function needs medical assessment. This blend is an accompaniment and does not replace treatment.
This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical treatment. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
