When your order is dispatched
Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfers, the time counts from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days and we will notify you promptly.

Shipping costs within Greece
Free shipping on orders over €49
On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight, at €1.50 per kg.
Orders up to €49
Free shipping does not apply to orders up to €49. Shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier, the weight and the destination, and is shown before you complete your order.
Tip: combine your purchases into a single order over €49 to get free shipping.
Cash on delivery
Paying by cash on delivery costs an extra €2.50, on top of the shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Uncollected parcels
- ACS, ELTA: parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days.
- Box Now: parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours.
- DHL (EU shipments): parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. Please contact your local DHL office to confirm.
If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us and we will find a solution. If a parcel is returned to us without prior notice, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.
Shipping to the European Union and Cyprus
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL, from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20). For Cyprus you can also choose ACS Courier (from €9.60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.
Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges.

Key properties
Wheatgrass is described as a detoxifier and tonic, with an antioxidant direction and traditional use as a blood cleanser. Its most characteristic feature is chlorophyll: many specialists have noted that the chlorophyll molecule in wheatgrass is almost identical to the haemoglobin molecule in human blood, the difference being that the central element in chlorophyll is magnesium while in haemoglobin it is iron. It also contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K and B12, amino acids, minerals, enzymes and protein.
Uses
Who it is for
In detox diets and exposure to atmospheric pollutants, in skin problems such as psoriasis and eczema, in constipation and digestive discomfort, for interest in blood pressure and haematocrit, and in general fatigue.
Its usual uses
- Detoxification and heavy metals. It is beneficial in detox diets. It protects the body from atmospheric pollutants and contributes to clearing it of heavy metals and toxins.
- Chlorophyll and haemoglobin. Chlorophyll is chemically similar to haemoglobin, the red blood cell protein that carries oxygen. Researchers have suggested that wheatgrass, rich in chlorophyll, may be useful in haemoglobin deficiency disorders such as anaemia and thalassaemia. Traditional use also reports an increase in haematocrit.
- Skin. It is considered beneficial for skin problems such as psoriasis and eczema. Because of its chlorophyll it is also used for acne, athlete foot and dandruff.
- Digestion and gut. It is used in constipation, while tradition attributes to it a cleansing action for the kidneys, liver and gallbladder.
- Mouth, gums and body odour. In traditional use it keeps teeth and gums healthy and is used for body odour.
- Infections and inflammation. Because of its chlorophyll it is considered suitable for infections, wounds, chronic sinusitis, phlebitis and vaginal infections.
- Brain and blood vessels. Traditional use reports a contribution to brain and vascular function, as well as to blood pressure regulation.
Preparation & dosage
Powder
The product instruction is 3 to 4 grams, that is 1 to 2 teaspoons per day, dissolved in water or juice, for maintaining health and wellbeing. The quantity may be adjusted according to specialist guidance.
Because wheatgrass has a strong detoxifying action, starting with small quantities is recommended, so as to avoid nausea or headache. A glass of water after taking it helps.
Quantities are indicative, based on traditional use and published phytotherapy literature. For prolonged use or if you are on medication, consult a healthcare professional.
Combinations with other herbs
It combines naturally with barley grass, spirulina and chlorella in green blends. In juices it pairs with apple, lemon or ginger, which soften the grassy taste.
Precautions
Wheatgrass is generally considered safe for those with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, because gluten is contained only in the wheat kernel seeds and not in the shoot. Even so, with gluten sensitivity it is preferable to seek a doctor advice first. Some people report nausea, headaches or diarrhoea after consumption. In that case reduce the quantity. It does not replace meals and is not intended for fasting or weight-loss programmes without medical supervision.
