Dispatch and delivery times
When your order is dispatched
Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfers, the time counts from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take 3–5 business days and we will notify you promptly.

Delivery times count from the day of dispatch. They are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, adverse weather, etc.).

Shipping costs within Greece
Free shipping on orders over €49
On orders over €49, shipping is free for the first 3 kg. If your parcel is heavier, you keep the free shipping and pay only for the extra weight, at €1.50 per kg.
Orders up to €49
Free shipping does not apply to orders up to €49. Shipping starts from €3.50 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier, the weight and the destination, and is shown before you complete your order.
Tip: combine your purchases into a single order over €49 to get free shipping.
Cash on delivery
Paying by cash on delivery costs an extra €2.50, on top of the shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Uncollected parcels
- ACS, ELTA: parcels are held at the courier's office for up to 7 days.
- Box Now: parcels are held in the locker for 48 hours.
- DHL (EU shipments): parcels are held at the local DHL office for a limited number of days. Please contact your local DHL office to confirm.
If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us and we will find a solution. If a parcel is returned to us without prior notice, the outbound and return shipping costs are charged to the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.
Shipping to the European Union and Cyprus
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL, from €18 (Cyprus and Malta from €20). For Cyprus you can also choose ACS Courier (from €9.60). The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
On EU orders over €200, shipping is free for the first 2 kg and you pay only for the extra weight.
Since all shipments travel within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import charges.

It comes from small deep-sea fish and is obtained through molecular distillation, free of heavy metals. The omega-3 is in triglyceride form, ensuring optimal bioavailability and the absence of the characteristic odour and aftertaste.
Composition per dose
- Fish oil standardised to 90% omega-3, in triglyceride form
- EPA and DHA at least 80%, in a 2:1 ratio
- Edible gelatin capsule
- Anti-caking agent: glycerol
- Vitamin E (delta-alpha-tocopherol)

The formula is obtained through a patented purification technology.
What it contributes to
- Heart. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. A daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA is the amount to which the claim refers.
- Brain and vision. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision, with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
- Triglycerides. A daily intake of 2 g EPA and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride concentrations.
- Blood pressure. A daily intake of 3 g EPA and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
- Oxidative stress. The vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Role in the body. EPA and DHA are fundamental constituents of cell membranes and precursors of eicosanoids, cellular messengers involved in regulating many physiological functions.
Directions for use
Usual use for children over 12 years and adults: 1 capsule, preferably with a meal.
The claims for triglycerides and blood pressure correspond to higher daily intakes (2 g and 3 g respectively) than one capsule provides. Increasing the amount is done only under medical guidance.
Precautions
Contains fish — avoid in known allergy. The capsule contains gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. With anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication and before scheduled surgery, consult your physician first.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have health problems. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease.

What does "triglyceride form" mean?
It is the natural form in which omega-3 exists in fish. It ensures better bioavailability and avoids the characteristic odour and aftertaste.
What is the EPA to DHA ratio?
Two to one, with EPA and DHA making up at least 80% of the content.
Does it contain heavy metals?
No. The fish oil is obtained through molecular distillation and is free of heavy metals.
